The Shape With Kate App is an online personal training platform which intends to educate and transform its members and give them a foundation to stay healthy throughout their lives. Kate is your personal trainer and she guides you through every workout making you fall in love with fitness and helps you to reach your ultimate goals.
Shape With Kate is here for everybody, no matter your body shape or size. We aim to transform you not only physically but also mentally, we know exercise can have such a huge impact on our mental heath. You can choose from all different types of workouts including HIIT, full body, lower body, circuit training, glute focused and many more.
You can book in for personal training sessions in the app which then allows you to be trained on a 1-1 basis by Kate (if your lucky). The app also includes thousands of recipes, a meal planner with calories and macros, progress tracking, and all sorts of amazing challenges.
The App also integrates with Apple Health so your daily step count and daily exercise will all be synced to the Shape With Kate platform instantly. Here you can see a leaderboard of all the members and see where youre placed, this gives our members healthy competition and helps keep everyone on track.
